New China net Tokyo, September 29 – (by Liu Zan) Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada on 29th evening and visited South Korean Diplomacy Bureau of commercial affairs senior official Liu Minghuan to hold the discussion, both sides confirmed that to cause North Korea returns to the six-party talks to strengthen cooperates.
Ouda said at the joint press conference which the discussion held that both sides believe that North Korea will possibly make some kind of movement from now on, but this whether will bring the definite move of North Korea also to need the prudent judgment in nuclear problem.
Liu MingHuan said that if cannot see the North Korean manner the change, both countries will continue to North Korean sanction measure which implements the UN Security Council resolution to stipulate. But both sides simultaneously said that must trying hard cause North Korea to return to the six-party talks by the sincere manner.
Ouda and Liu Minghuan on 28th attended the Chinese, Japanese and South Korean ministerial meeting of foreign ministers which holds in Shanghai, but does not have to hold the joint meeting during the conference. Liu Minghuan visits Japan afterward. On 30th, he will also hold the discussion with Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama.
