张震阳：中国雅虎，这么多年了，看着阿里把这个东西装进去也不行，放出来，最后甚至把这么小的口碑装进去，要是我我也收回来，这时候肯定在这种沟通层面上新来一个CEO，肯定要下一把火，这时候就会要求你是不是应该把这个东西交回来，不交回来大家怎么做？之后可能有类似相关股权交易的动作。

张春晖：我们现在还不能看到后面的交易，因为这还需要更多的资料去挖掘出来。

林军：江湖传言。

张春晖：对，我们只能去推断，平白无故本来就是一个乱七八糟的事情，现在又搞了一个乱七八糟的事情出来，我们从这里面去找，做搜索的投入已经很大，几百人在那儿干活，不会平白无故的，那些人在那儿干吗？所以肯定是用搜索，既然把搜索搞出来，又不可能像百度、Google那样，这是不可能的。最简单也是最合理的，就是跟阿里云这块怎么扯，到底谁是外面那张皮，我们先不管，这两件事情本身的关联性已经出现，至于再往下挖一层，为什么要这样做，可能要得到更多的资料，后面有什么交易。

林军：本身如果雅虎真的是借这个机会把中国雅虎拉过来，然后马云又把中国雅虎给放弃掉，王帅是个很合适的人选，当初这个公司波动，需要有一个人帮助维护雅虎的脸面和阿里的脸面。

张春晖：对公众有交代。

林军：这时候王帅的角色反而很清楚了，如果这样解释，这个模式就……

张春晖：后面肯定有一些交易，只不过现在我们还没有看到，还没有找到更多线索，但是这念头不会有平白无故的事情，肯定后面有交易。

林军：是一个有上市公司的公司。

张春晖：没错，从功能上、业务上讲，它的搜索和阿里云的技术有关联，垂直技术是很清晰的，只不过到底谁是谁的皮，为什么要做这样一个看上去乱七八糟的事情。

林军：看上去马云同志比巴茨、杨致远还是聪明一些。

张春晖：那当然，又找到感觉了。

林军：马云找到感觉是对的。现在我们看，不管中国雅虎回不回去。

张春晖：回不去了。

林军：我们大家设想一下，中国雅虎，如果我们给王帅支招，不考虑被马云放弃，现在是一个新的公司，你们觉得中国雅虎应该怎么样去运营呢？笨狸你觉得出主意的话……

张震阳：我觉得第一个首先从阿里手上拿过来，因为他可以做的事情都已经被阿里做光了，如果还在阿里手上，确实没有多大成功的空间。马云说了他不会做游戏，娱乐类的东西不做，非娱乐类的东西他基本做完了。现在在国内互联网市场，确实还是有一些机会的，包括社区，还是有的，而且中国雅虎也有过这样一些产品上的尝试，从产品的表现力上讲，其实也还可以。

林军：雅虎邮箱这个产品还不错。

张震阳：包括把邮箱结合，也还可以，但是在市场推广和资源投入这块是严重不足的，特别是到了后来独立的eBay、淘宝出现之后，肯定不可能出一个独立的社区，依靠原来所做出的基础和现有的品牌效应，在国内重新去做，包括白领、外企氛围的社区，有机会。

林军：Sunny怎么看？

张春晖：我觉得还是老老实实回到垂直，基于原来的阿里云，假定里面有交易，肯定会剥出一些现在属于阿里云里面的事情，这些事情应该拨出来给中国雅虎去做。我们从另外一个角度讲，还是以阿里巴巴和腾讯来做比较，我们会发现一个很特别的事情，这两个公司有很多相似性，如何相似呢？腾讯是纵轴，甚至Q币有纵轴线，有横轴线，比如QQ.com、Q-zone、QQ宠物，包括QQ游戏等等，是它的横轴，形成交叉营销。阿里系也是这样，原来刚开始搞的时候搞阿里巴巴B2B的，开始做了一个C2C，C2C买东西要去B2B的网站上找，供货商形成上下游，结合的关系，这时候推出支付宝，支付宝就像Q币一样，作用不言而喻，一样的，又形成交叉营销，阿里软件做好了，阿里软件不也是在上面的叠加吗？阿里妈妈出来了，都是在做内部的消化，形成目前中国互联网公司看上去只有阿里巴巴和腾讯，业务结构是很相似的，所以我们一点都不怀疑，这个时候如果出了乱七八糟一招，中国雅虎在整个横纵轴里面……

林军：没有位置。

张春晖：不是没有位置，这时候会把它放在哪个位置，这时候放进去肯定不像前些年了，前些年的格局慢慢形成，这时候放进去，肯定就放在哪一条轴上面，但无论往哪一条轴，平台一放上去，交叉营销、关联关系是不可磨灭的，肯定是一个关联的关系出现，这一次的出现跟以前不太一样，以前没感觉，乱七八糟。

林军：马云过去两三年已经把局理清了，先理他手上能控制的局，最后理中国雅虎的局。

张春晖：对，我认为是这样的，类似当年QQ为什么要做QQ.com，好端端的这个东西，为什么做QQ.com？也是有争议的，有点感觉，有点意思。这个时候重新出的这一拳，怎么样把中国雅虎放到这个体系或者跟这个体系如何结合，心里已经很清楚了。

林军：对中国雅虎变成垂直搜索，笨狸怎么看？

张震阳：因为我一直的观点就是，如果在自己的业务体系内怎么搭没问题，但毕竟中国雅虎是一个寄生者，并不是自己的亲生儿子，不可能类似像支付宝、淘宝、口碑这样在这个业务体系里运营。

张春晖：搞不好事情已经开始了。

张震阳：马云现在的商业王国已经发展成这么一个规模或这样一个定义，大家对他的认知有这个品牌内涵，在这个基础之上，中国雅虎的品牌价值对于他的商业王国到底意味着什么？有没有多大价值？

张春晖：我们要这样看，马云的屁股坐在哪里。

林军：坐到他的阿里集团。

张春晖：雅虎跟阿里的交易决定了他坐在哪里，他要么通过某些交易把中国雅虎控制进来，如果他屁股坐在中国雅虎，那不言而喻，当然阿里的资源要为我所用，所以要看他屁股坐在哪里。

张震阳：他的屁股绝对是坐在阿里这边。

张春晖：他就肯定要想办法把中国雅虎给纳进来，很简单的判断。

林军：目前来看中国雅虎现在这个局可以感觉到充满了一点的阴谋或者交易。

张春晖：都是聪明人，都是高智商的，不会平白无故搞一个乱七八糟的笑话。

张震阳：从这点来看我觉得是这样的，现在压力对中国雅虎的举措是被动的，这个被动来源于雅虎新的CEO上任之后把本部的业务理清之后，会逐步把海外的分支机构来清洗，那么对于中国雅虎这个没有业绩、没有内容也没有作为的公司，必须为它动手，现在应该是阿里为了动手而作出的姿态。

张春晖：马云干脆让他动，何必重新把它纳进来？也是交易，讨价还价。

林军：时间原因，今天关于中国雅虎的讨论进入尾声，中国雅虎这个局，实际上它的命运代表海外互联网公司在中国发展的缩影，很奇怪的是，包括Google在内，海外跨国互联网公司巨头在中国目前都没有取得跟它全球互联网地位相对应的市场地位和份额。相反，我们看到阿里和腾讯这样公司的崛起，以及百度这样公司的生猛，我们还看到中国互联网公司已经经过……阿里过了10年，腾讯已经过了11年，百度公司很快渡过10岁生日，这样一批中国公司的崛起，会让我们看到中国互联网的未来。很高兴大家收看本期的节目，谢谢大家！ (本文来源：网易科技报道 )
